We only share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate our website (such as hosting and analytics), and only to the extent necessary to provide our services. Any enquiries you make about a specific property may be shared with the relevant property consultant.

5. Security and privacy logs
To protect the website and the admin account, we log certain technical data at sign-in, such as the IP address, the time of the attempt and the browser identifier, including failed sign-in attempts. This data is used strictly to prevent hacking and unauthorised access; any IP that repeatedly fails may be temporarily blocked, and these logs are deleted automatically after a set period. We do not use this data for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties.

7. Advertiser accounts
If you create an account we store your display name, full name, gender, nationality, and the email address or phone number you signed up with. Your password is never stored — only a one-time code used to confirm your account and a slow cryptographic hash of your password. Gender and nationality are collected because Turkish law requires them for real-estate advertising; both are optional and can be left as 'prefer not to say'. These accounts are kept entirely separate from our internal staff accounts and can never be used to access any internal system.
8. Reports
You can report a user from any listing. A report stores the reason, anything you write in the details box, and any name or email you choose to give. Who filed a report is never shown to the reported account.
